My friends and I had the pleasure of enjoying his cooking in Kiawah, SC and it was the highlight of our time there. The food was absolutely wonderful, but Chef Brett himself made the experience even more special. He has a rare gift of making people feel cared for…and his talent, warmth, and passion shine through in everything he does. If you’re in Kiawah or Charleston SC and have the chance to experience Chef Brett’s cooking…do it. You won’t just have a great meal—you’ll have a memorable experience and make an awesome new friend. Chef Brett arrived at our beach house in the middle of a fierce thunderstorm as our family wedding was finishing (planC) & amidst udder chaos prepared, & served a fabulous meal-entertaining all of us-even 5 children-he and his team were professional and just delightful!

Food was splendid but could use chicken tenders

From start to finish, everything was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully executed for my wife’s surprise birthday celebration. The meal was absolutely outstanding—each dish was not only delicious but clearly crafted with care and creativity. The presentation, flavors, and attention to detail truly elevated the entire experience. I would like to say that the lamb was the star of the show, but every dish was a star on its own. Beyond the food, your team’s professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness made everyone feel welcome and well taken care of. Chef Corey Elliott and his team executed the evening flawlessly and I don't think we could have had a more memorable night. Of course, Chef Brett made a fantastic impression on everyone with his presence during the event. It’s clear that a great deal of passion and dedication goes into what you do, and it made a lasting impression on me and all of our guests. I couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate. Thank you again for helping create such a memorable evening. Now we just need to find the next celebration to do it all again.

We had an outstanding experience with this crew in Kiawah. From start to finish, the team was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. They seamlessly catered for our group of ten, including a thoughtfully prepared non-seafood alternative for one guest. The highlight was the local grouper served with a delicious tomato compote and eggplant, preceded by a fresh local tomato caprese. We finished the evening with a stunning pear tart. The food was plentiful and every dish was a hit. Most impressively, the team worked quietly in the background, leaving the kitchen completely spotless. We would love to dine with this crew again!
