I had my wedding this past Saturday, October 17. Chef Rolland did all of the Catering. We started the process with a private tasting at his house. Where we were forced to choose between multiple exceptional dishes that he served us. Communication with Chef Rolland And Beth was terrific. They answered all my questions, they made changes/suggestions, and did it By replying very quickly. Day of event, their staff showed up with smiles and top-notch service. My guests raved about the appetizers and food. I highly recommend Chef Rolland. You will not be disappointed.

Chef Roland and his team were wonderful. A perfect meal and event for a birthday and a 50th anniversary! I would recommend them for any event you might have. They were flexible and executed perfectly. Please don’t hesitate. These guys are GREAT!

The food and presentation were 10 plus! The menu was carefully planned and executed to perfection. Everyone was raving about the appetizers and then the dinner was outstanding.The staff were so friendly and professional and easy to work with. Chef Roland is very talented and focused on making sure all are happy!

Absolutely amazing food and service. We had an emergency and had to move our wedding up a day, and with only 24 hours notice Chef prepared an absolutely delicious meal and saved our wedding. Everyone raved about the food, especially the pulled pork. Highly recommend

From top to bottom, I cannot say enough about Chef Roland and his team! Chef Roland and Team met every one of my expectations with incredible patience and grace during the process (thank you, Beth!!) … and stellar outcome. Chef and Team catered my daughter’s wedding for 140 guests at Alhambra Hall this September, and it was flawless. Before choosing them, I interviewed three other well-known caterers, and their tastings paled in comparison. The food was outstanding, and the experience warm and genuine. Day of; Passed hors d’oeuvres included mini tomato pies, petite reuben sliders, cornbread crab cakes with remoulade, and bruschetta with goat cheese and cherry preserves. Guests then enjoyed plated salads and three fabulous stations: a “Coastal Station” with shrimp and grits (a crowd favorite!) … and a “Carving Station” with beef tri-tip, garlic mashed potatoes, and haricots verts, and a "Grazing Station” with mini cheeseburger sliders, chicken confit sliders, and macaroni and cheese. The diverse menu, all a success. Presentation was equally important to me, and it was as incredible as the food. Every passed appetizer and station was beautifully styled and elevated the evening. Worth noting: Alhambra Hall does not have a full kitchen, yet Chef Roland did not skip a beat. He and his hand-picked team of chefs and servers handled everything without an ounce of issue. The experience of working with Beth, from tasting, to menu perfection, to the big day, was unsurpassed. If you want a caterer who delivers incredible food and, above all, a team that truly cares, look no further. Thank you, Chef Roland and Team, for helping make our day so very special.

Chef Roland cooked 2 amazing dinners for our Family Reunion ! Dinner #1 was Pizza on an outdoor pizza oven 🍕. Dinner #2 was a more upscale event with Aged prime rib and local fish . Desserts both nights were amazing … Chef Roland is wonderful to work with - Staff takes care of EVERYTHING! Kitchen was left spotless , trash taken out ! His dinners will NOT disappoint!

We had the pleasure of having Chef Roland cater a private dinner for our family and friends at our beach house rental, and the entire experience was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. I was especially impressed by the beautiful presentation of the appetizers. The shrimp & grits and chicken skewers were both delicious! For our entree, we had filet, lobster, mashed potatoes, and broccolini, and everything was absolutely phenomenal. Chef Roland was personable, professional, and made the entire evening feel effortless. Every dish was presented beautifully and served in a timely manner, and you could truly tell how much care and attention went into everything he prepared. We couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience and would highly recommend Chef Roland to anyone looking to elevate their next private dinner or event!!
