Customers frequently highlight the punctuality, professionalism, and thoroughness of technicians during tri-annual and one-time treatments for pests like ants, mice, and roaches. Many reviewers note that staff members are knowledgeable and communicate effectively regarding treatment methods. However, some low-star reviews cite unresolved billing issues, missed appointments, and inconsistent application practices, such as spray contacting outdoor furniture or bait placement inside the home.
