Best ever. The person before my regular guy today used the wrong bait and rats came. My regular guy has corrected the bait and we should be fine. Understand that the regular guy is leaving next month. Please make sure the new guy knows the correct bait for city rats.

Updated: Just had them do my home again. Wife reports much better experience and back the way it used to be. We will watch the results Recently have not been satisfied with the service and my wife is even more upset. Something has changed and it is not for the better. They dont take their time when spraying, miss areas all together and possible the product isnt working as well. When we started with this company, Luke came out and literally soaked down the whole perimeter of the home and also soaked the home vertically. Nobody else has done that and it has lead to silverfish entering the home. Also concerning is the number of different employees they now send. Never seems to be the same person any longer and they seem inexperienced.

I have had Alex do our service the last few times and have always been pleased, but I thought he went above and beyond this time. We had flooding in July and the whole finished basement is under reconstruction which apparently stirred things up. I called and Chem-wise was able to get Alex out here the next day where he did an inspection inside and out, and fixed the issues. I feel very relieved.
