Customers frequently praise the wide selection of plants, soil amendments, and landscaping supplies, noting that staff provide knowledgeable advice on gardening and care. While many find the quality high, several reviewers indicate that prices are higher than competitors. Recurring criticisms involve inconsistent customer service, including reports of unfriendly attitudes, and specific issues with product quality, such as incorrect tree varieties or contaminated mulch.

Super helpful employees. Great advise given for planting. They even brought bowl of water for my dog.
Prices are pretty high here! But they seem a bit cheaper after going to Roger's Gardens in Newport Beach ⛱️!
Love and trust this place and shopped there for years. This time as I was leaving I got dizzy and a very kind and helpful employee made sure I was ok. He even came back to check on me as I sat in my car awhile. Great plants, great people.
