I recently bought a house with Cheryl and was very impressed with how helpful and knowledgeable she was. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home and I'd contact her if I happened to be in the market again.
Cheryl helped us find and close on a home in less then 1 month! I couldnt be more pleased with all of the help and effort she put into us buying our first home! She was very upfront about everything and answered everything questions and request we had! She was absolutely an amazing realtor!
Cheryl is the only agent we’ve know with the buying or our first home and now our second home. She remains professional throughout the whole process but also keeps it real and doesn’t let us settle for something that isn’t meant for us for whatever reason that may have been. She was always responsive to our questions and concerns about all the steps in our journey and never left us “on read” or wondering when she’ll get back with us. If we ever decide to move again or need help with real estate, Cheryl is our only option. She’s just so amazing!

I will say that Cheryl is the best. She orchestrated the sale of my home and the purchase of my new home to closing on both within a day of each other. If I could I would give her all stars possible she literally the best realtor in the area probably the state, she went above and beyond getting showings in our area and dealing with us when we had serious doubts about even purchasing she kept us on a path for seven months when what seemed like a rollercoaster of what was actually available in the market she put us in touch with the absolute best lender when we found the perfect house it was just out of budget and the lender made it work we are now home owners, i would definitely recommend Cheryl Erb to everyone I know.
