Ryan did an excellent job of reviewing my entire sprinkler system and resolving items that required fixing. He was also very personable and professional. He answered all of my questions that I had. Early in 2026 we did not renew our contract with a different -- and disappointing -- local irrigation firm. Even for our special circumstances (many new plantings), Chesapeake Irrigation has been outstanding in every regard, including technical knowledge, responsiveness, communication, and fair pricing. Most recently Cass and Nathan were here to install a wireless rain detection device. While on site, they adjusted spray head coverage as we requested, and installed a special back-flow valve to prevent a downhill spray head from draining the uphill line into unwanted puddles after the end of its timed run. We highly recommend Chesapeake Irrigation & Lighting.

This company is outstanding. After I cut a supply line with my mower I contact Chesapeake Irrigation & Lighting who I normally use to service my system. They ended up coming out the same day as I called them and repaired my cut pipe and tested my system.
