Customers rate the service five stars, highlighting the convenience of the mobile trailer, punctual arrivals, and reasonable pricing compared to traditional facilities. Reviewers frequently note the staff's patience with anxious or temperamental dogs, effective communication via text, and the ability to handle specific grooming needs like nail clipping or mat removal. A recurring criticism involves the business discontinuing service for clients in South Sacramento despite listing the broader city as a service area.

Cheyenne is absolutely amazing! She is so kind, gentle, and patient with my pups, and you can tell she truly cares about the animals she works with. She did such a wonderful job grooming them, and they looked and smelled fantastic! I’m so happy to have found someone I can trust with my fur babies. Highly recommend Cheyenne and her mobile grooming service!
I have a 12 year old Golden Retriever who doesn’t love being groomed. Every grooming we’ve gotten through Cheyenne’s Mobile Dog Grooming has been AWESOME! It’s so easy for the dog, and for us too!! And it cost less than the place I used to bring him to! Highly recommend!!
We’ve been using Cheyenne exclusively for many years. Our dog absolutely loves her, as did our pup who has passed away. Our girls always look great, and we know they’ve had the best care from Cheyenne. She’s prompt, efficient, reasonable, and does a great job. What we’ve loved most is that she knows our girls and they feel comfortable and safe with her. We know you’ll love her!
She’s by far the best groomer I’ve ever had my dog tater always looks great if you need a mobile groomer she is definitely the one
Cheyenne did an amazing job with our little golden doodle. This was our baby girls first trim. We will continue using her services in the future.
Great service
Travis did an amazing job helping free my Holly of her excess fur :). She looks and smells great, and she’s been feeling herself ever since. Thank you, Travis! 😃
Cheyenne is great and my dog absolutely loves her! Highly recommend.
My furbabies are quirky and can be temperamental at times. Cheyenne has patience and turns my furbabies into handsome boys. I am so thankful I have found Cheyenne.
We have been using Cheyenne since she hung out her own shingle. Can’t say enough about the love and compassion that she gives all of our precious creatures.
