Very Honest, Professional, Thorough, and Reasonably Priced I highly recommend Chicago Drain Tech. Jacob, the technician, was very honest, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He found several additional plumbing problems and showed me clear proof of every issue through photos and videos. He took his time explaining everything in detail and showed me exactly where the problems were. I now understand why the people who came to install my drywall never returned. There were too many plumbing issues that needed to be addressed before the walls could safely be closed. I previously paid another company to repair and replace the pipes throughout my entire basement, but I have now learned that all of the work was not completed properly. Old pipes, incorrect connections, and a leak were still left behind. I paid for the entire basement plumbing to be repaired, so I feel that I was cheated. Jacob explained everything clearly, took photos and videos, and showed me exactly what was wrong. I uploaded the same photos and videos into ChatGPT, and ChatGPT identified the exact same problems Jacob described. It explained the same issues nearly word for word, so I know Jacob truly knows what he is talking about. Their prices are also very reasonable, especially for the amount of time, care, documentation, and professional service they provided. I will definitely hire Chicago Drain Tech again. If the original company does not honor its pipe warranty and correct the unfinished work, I will be rehiring Chicago Drain Tech to complete the repairs properly. I thank God that the other two plumbers I previously hired did not show up because they actually did me a favor. I am extremely grateful that I found and hired this company instead.
