The folks at Chico Car Care were helpful, friendly and honest. I really appreciate their service, and would absolutely recommend their business to people here. Their pricing was fair and they were clear about what repairs were needed to replace a cold air intake filter. Thank you!
Chico Car Care is the best! Great guys that give you honest feedback about your car's needs. Went to them after the dealership told me my 2007 Prius had a cracked wheel bearing that needed replacement and quoted me over 3K for a replacement bearing and an odometer replacement. CCC told me they didn't see anything…
Dan and his crew are great! Work is always done on time, estimates are accurate, and prices are way below what the dealership charges. And when pricey repairs are needed, they go way out of their way to find the best deal for you.
This is the only automotive repair shop that I use for my car. It's honest, timely, and very forthcoming with what needs immediate attention and what can wait. And they do not try to add repairs that are not needed at all and that's something we all need to be able to count on and is rare in this type of business.
Convenient, good service, timely
We have been using Chico Car Care for about 8 years. We live in Paradise and are happy to drive down to Chico to have our vehicles serviced at Chico Car Care. We own a 2003 Toyota 4runner and a 2017 Toyota Prius Prime plug in. They are quite good and we rely on them for everything from oil changes to helping with…
Great service as always. Been a patron of this establishment for 3.5 years now. I know that my 2014 Tacoma is in good hands and will last until my 10 year-old son gets his license, and many years beyond. Friendly staff, all that good stuff. Fair pricing on services—remember, you’re supporting a LOCAL BUSINESS here.…
As I have come to expect from Dan and his competent staff, their service that they provide us is beyond compare. I would not take our Lexus anywhere else in Chico. Would you?
I needed an oil change. They had a special called 'Road Trip Special.' The inspected every aspect of the Toyota Tacoma. They found some items that needed to addressed. Made me feel safe. Very professional and on time. Would reccomend.
Great auto shop. Friendly staff, very helpful and honest. Much appreciated will be going back for all my Lexus repair needs!
I have been going to Chico Care Care for many many years. They have kept my 2007 4 runner in tip top shape. I recommend them to everyone I can. Dan and his team are knowledgeable, effective, and very honest.
Dan and the rest of the crew are very well trained, reliable, honest, and courteous. The work they’ve done on my cars has been done been excellent. I can always depend on them to do the job correctly and professionally.
I have been taking my car to Chico Car Care for years and years, and will continue to. Their prices are extremely fair. The folks there are so courteous and competent, and they never talk down to me because I'm a woman. Great place!
I have been coming here for years. Chico car care always has great employees, great service, and I trust them with my vehicle.
Love Chico Car Care. Always been accommodating and fair.
My 2000 Lexus RX300 had the check engine light on for a long time. Dan was able to fix it, change my spark plugs, fix my sunroof leak due to drains being clogged, changed my cabin air filter and did a full inspection. He did all of this within 24 hours of dropping the car off. I had originally gone to him in 2011…
Good service.
I have been frequenting Chico Car Care ever since I bought my 2014 Toyota Tacoma last year (Summer 2021). Recommended by a trusted friend who also drives a Tacoma, I decided to book my first oil change & service with Chico Car Care. They were able to get me an appointment within a very reasonable timeframe (~1…
The owner is very responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and personable. I never worry that I am being up-saled or talked into something I don’t need. He has worked to get me a used part to replace on my Prius which saved me a lot of money. His expertise of the Prius is reassuring.
I first took my 08 Prius to Chico Car Care about a year ago to get a check engine light looked at. We had it scanned at Autozone and after looking up the code it appeared the coolant pump was toast and needed to be repaired. We had the car towed in to Chico and Dan and the crew diagnosed the car as having a “bad…
