Chico Car Care always takes the best care of me and my family! Thanks so much for another stellar experience!
Dan always does a great job. Reliable and on time.
We have been using Chico Car Care for about 8 years. We live in Paradise and are happy to drive down to Chico to have our vehicles serviced at Chico Car Care. We own a 2003 Toyota 4runner and a 2017 Toyota Prius Prime plug in. They are quite good and we rely on them for everything from oil changes to helping with…
Dan and his team always take great care of my car. They keep me updated on what to expect for repairs down the road and send a report. Great place to take your Lexus! Have been going for a few years now.
I can’t say enough positive words about Dan, David, and everyone at Chico Car Care! They just serviced and repaired my Lexus and it feels like it is brand new! They are honest and fair and always go the extra step to help. Why? Because that is the way they are. I have taken my car to Dan for many years now and you…
I have been going to Chico Care Care for many many years. They have kept my 2007 4 runner in tip top shape. I recommend them to everyone I can. Dan and his team are knowledgeable, effective, and very honest.
Dan and the rest of the crew are very well trained, reliable, honest, and courteous. The work they’ve done on my cars has been done been excellent. I can always depend on them to do the job correctly and professionally.
We ( now I) have entrusted our cars to you for maintenance and to be sure that when we took to the roads we would be safe. Many thanks for doing a superb job.
Love Chico Car Care. Always been accommodating and fair.
I go to this place exclusively for my 2012 Tundra. I like that they have technicians that specialize in Toyota’s. Detailed inspections EVERYTIME. I always leave feeling good about the service and also a better awareness of my vehicle.
I was able to leave my car and once they looked at it , it was repaired and ready to go by the end of the week!
They know my vehicle better than I do. Thorough and efficient every time Thank you
Dan obviously knows his business and communicates well!
Needed to replace the clutch on my Toyota Tacoma. Not much to say, really, other than Dan and his team were professional and did an excellent job. After inspection I decided to get more work on rear brakes and parking brake and transmission fluid, etc. Dan gave reasonable rates and now my truck drives like new.…
The owner is very responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and personable. I never worry that I am being up-saled or talked into something I don’t need. He has worked to get me a used part to replace on my Prius which saved me a lot of money. His expertise of the Prius is reassuring.
Continually the best Toyota service in town
Jonathon and Rex were responsive and helpful, and the repair was done quickly and well.
Great customer service - Recommended by a local dealer as trained Prius mechanics - we’ve never yet been disappointed
These guys took my car in last minute before Xmas and fixed my car right up with brakes and pads and I was able to see my mom for Xmas. Excellent customer service!
Great job. Good communicators.
