There are a few things as unsettling as car trouble when you are hundreds of miles from home, complicated by having all of your kid’s belongings in the back of your car in preparation for college move-in! Fortunately, Chico Car Care was recommended by our towing company. David and Josh were amazing in trying to get…
We have been using Chico Car Care for about 8 years. We live in Paradise and are happy to drive down to Chico to have our vehicles serviced at Chico Car Care. We own a 2003 Toyota 4runner and a 2017 Toyota Prius Prime plug in. They are quite good and we rely on them for everything from oil changes to helping with…
The gently-used Lexus RX350 that I had purchased three weeks earlier suddenly was dead to the world due to an electrical problem. I had it towed to Chico Car Care where are they performed a complete auto assessment, finding the problem to be a dead alternator. Dan and his crew took great care of me and I look…
The prompt and thorough service, at a reasonable price, was greatly appreciated. Price for services was well within the quoted amount. Full diagnostic report was clearly explained. Daniel’s professional courtesy was an added value.
I appreciate a business who overtly appreciates their customers. My general preference is to aim for privately owned small business -- keep resources circulating within the community. Dan, the owner, has always demonstrated his intent to keep each customer as his priority, where others might view my value only as…
I had one of the best auto repair experiences thanks to Dan, owner of Chico Car Care. Our Toyota Prius V would not engage into drive and my OBDII scanner displayed codes that went beyond my ability to properly diagnose and repair the vehicle. I found Chico Car Care through my short list of local ASE recognized…
The owner is very responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and personable. I never worry that I am being up-saled or talked into something I don’t need. He has worked to get me a used part to replace on my Prius which saved me a lot of money. His expertise of the Prius is reassuring.
Great experience. They went above and beyond.
Continually the best Toyota service in town
I've been using Dan and team at Chico Car Care for over 20 years. Love them! Always trustworthy, willing to work within my budget, never overcharge or sell unnecessary repairs. Highly recommended!
