Chico Car Care Is always an accommodating and and never tries to upsell during a visit. I find it helpful that they will give me a report of the items they recommend for maintenance for future visits.

Best service in Chico
This is the only automotive repair shop that I use for my car. It's honest, timely, and very forthcoming with what needs immediate attention and what can wait. And they do not try to add repairs that are not needed at all and that's something we all need to be able to count on and is rare in this type of business.

Great service every time!
Had trouble opening Gen 2 Prius hatch mechanism and gas cap stuck. Chico car care diagnosed minor problems and fixed at reasonable charge. Only found what was wrong, did not inflate problem. Honest car repair shops are hard to find. I have been using them for our Toyotas for many years.
