Very knowledgeable.
Chico Car Care is absolutely the best. I have my car serviced there regularly and I find them honest and reasonably priced. Unlike other places, they do not try to upsell me every time I am there. Dan and David are absolutely the best and I trust their advice.
Chico Car Care is a reliable, efficient, and knowledgeable auto repair shop. Its staff is always courteous and explains the work my car needs and any future repairs or maintenance that could be done. They keep a maintenance calendar for me, which helps me budget for future repairs. Dan and the wonderful staff at…
I wish I could give more stars! Highly recommend. One of the few shops that are experts at Prius’s. Dan has amazing communication skills and is honest, fair and trustworthy. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We are lucky to have them in our community.
Great service every time!
I can’t say enough positive words about Dan, David, and everyone at Chico Car Care! They just serviced and repaired my Lexus and it feels like it is brand new! They are honest and fair and always go the extra step to help. Why? Because that is the way they are. I have taken my car to Dan for many years now and you…
Great service as always. Been a patron of this establishment for 3.5 years now. I know that my 2014 Tacoma is in good hands and will last until my 10 year-old son gets his license, and many years beyond. Friendly staff, all that good stuff. Fair pricing on services—remember, you’re supporting a LOCAL BUSINESS here.…
If there is a better, more thorough Toyota service facility in Chico, I have yet to find it. In addition, every individual I have ever come in contact with at the shop has been courteous and pleasant. I will return. SW
Great auto shop. Friendly staff, very helpful and honest. Much appreciated will be going back for all my Lexus repair needs!
I have been taking my car to Chico Car Care for years and years, and will continue to. Their prices are extremely fair. The folks there are so courteous and competent, and they never talk down to me because I'm a woman. Great place!
Made us feal safe to drive our car.
I go to this place exclusively for my 2012 Tundra. I like that they have technicians that specialize in Toyota’s. Detailed inspections EVERYTIME. I always leave feeling good about the service and also a better awareness of my vehicle.
Very polite very nice and professional and offered used part that saves me money
Good service.
I have been frequenting Chico Car Care ever since I bought my 2014 Toyota Tacoma last year (Summer 2021). Recommended by a trusted friend who also drives a Tacoma, I decided to book my first oil change & service with Chico Car Care. They were able to get me an appointment within a very reasonable timeframe (~1…
Chico Car Care did a fabulous job of repairing our Tacoma after a collision— and more importantly helping manage the PROCESS (teenage driver away from home + insurance + estimates + scheduling + communication + follow-up, etc.) We are grateful and will be back for all things. A gem of an independent shop. Thanks!
They know my vehicle better than I do. Thorough and efficient every time Thank you
Chico Car Care always does thorough vehicle inspections and tells me exactly what my vehicle needs. They never try to oversell services. Dan always explains what is going on and offers advice on what to do next. Chico Car Care is my go to for vehicle maintenance.
