Ali did a great job on my daughter’s car. Brakes with rotor replacement and oil change. Rates are more than fair, especially considering the convenience of a mobile mechanic. And Ali and his assistant waited until the rare Southern California thunderstorm passed by! Maybe because he has the same car I got special treatment.. Bottom line: I would highly recommend.
Ali is the guy to call! Our Jeep had an issue with overheating. Ali quickly determined the cause and replaced the thermostat and refilled the system, all at a very fair price. He saved our trip and is an extremely honest and amazing mechanic. Thanks Ali, we’re very lucky to of had your help!
Ali was amazing and was a hero for our trip! Our car was overheating, and he checked all the hoses with a thermometer, checked the fan and determined that it was a stuck thermostat. He ended up replacing the thermostat and radiator cap on the spot in about an hour, maybe less. Ali was very approachable, knowledgeable, and. Bathed a fair price and sent us on our way! Thank you for helping us keep our family trip in tact!
My car battery was dead when I tried starting it in the morning. I found Chief Mobile on Google he had hundreds of 5 star reviews,. He texted me back right away, gave me instructions on where and how to order the new battery at Autozone. He went to pick it up and came to my home to replace it a few hours later. He was here maybe 10-15 minutes. My car stated right away and my problem was resolved. I will be using Ali again for all of my mobile mechanic needs. He final price was spot on and I was able to pay through Zelle. Thank You Ali, you came through for me today!
My daughter in college when my truck broke down Kassim was absolutely awesome. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem, explain it, and solve it. He stayed with me and was patient even though it was raining on Saturday night. The fee was still exceptionally reasonable. Even though it was a late evening appointment, he arrived exactly on time and handled everything for my Tesla perfectly and cleanly. This is the absolute role model for ideal customer service.
