I don’t understand why this location is still in business my son’s was there for 4 years and over the 4 years over 50 teachers quit every other day they were turning parents around because they didn’t have enough teachers. The teachers that was left was late every morning I almost lost my job because of this place and they don’t care. They are ghetto and it always stink in there, very unprofessional I had to call corporate office so many times they will have you standing outside waiting for the teachers to show up if they even show up at all. One time they was over charging me for my oldest son for a whole year and wouldn’t even give me my money back or a credit. Please don’t waste your time your money or your voucher at this location. It’s maybe like 3 or 4 teachers in that daycare that I really liked. And also these 4 and 5 star reviews are fake.

Very pleased with the care and efforts from all the staff here. I feel my children are truly reaching their full potential thanks to all of the hard work that is put in to ensure true success. Most importantly, they act as leaders, resilient and professional in all circumstances.

This school has been nothing but amazing. My child has been enrolled here since she was an infant and is now a toddler in Ms. April's class. Ms. April is a wonderful teacher who is always informative, caring, and makes my child feel safe, comfortable, and excited to learn every day. My child is now moving up to the 2-year-old class, and I couldn't be happier with the care and education she has received. The Director, Mrs. Hedgepeth, and the Assistant Director, Mrs. Williams, are always positive, welcoming, and supportive. Whenever we have questions or concerns, they take the time to answer them and make sure we have the information we need. I highly recommend this school on South Boulevard to any family looking for a caring, nurturing, and supportive environment for their child.

It's been a year since my foster children have been going here and the staff is so wonderful 😊 my 2 foster children have been in a very abusive home, Yes they keep them in check in a loving way 💓 and believe me I know it's not easy but I justed wanna give them flowers and praises thank you guys when I drop them off l know they are in good hands

The best childcare network in the city of Charlotte! The director is very hands on and goal oriented you can tell she cares for the staff and students there. Ms Shakira is a amazing leader and I hope she continues to shine there

My kids attended Childcare Network for over 6 years, and the entire team was awesome—right up through the Admin staff. They were always understanding, caring, and observant. They could tell when me or my kids were having a rough morning, and I truly appreciated how loving and supportive they were. I’ll admit, there was a time when I fell behind on tuition. At first, they worked with me, but as I got further behind, I became frustrated and unfortunately took it out on the staff. Even then, they remained professional and kind. The director reminded me, “We love you and your kids, but to keep caring for them, we have bills to pay—teachers, electricity, water, and more. We don’t like chasing parents for money, but the truth is, your babies can’t come for free, because our teachers don’t and won’t work for free.” Moral of the review is if you tend to stand out with negativity and others dont feed in it the opposing person is upset and make bad reviews. Childcare network on south blvd is awesome they dont owe me nothing.

Our 7-month-old son has been at Childcare Network on South Boulevard for a few months now, and we couldn’t be happier. The staff are so caring and loving, and it’s clear they truly enjoy what they do. We feel really lucky to have found such a warm and safe place for him.

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with my daughter’s daycare class! The teachers are incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring — it’s clear how much they love what they do. They communicate with families so well, keeping us informed and involved every step of the way. I’m always impressed with how thoughtfully they engage the children through fun activities, learning moments, and lots of play. My daughter absolutely loves going to daycare each day!
