This location is amazing. When the time came for my daughter to move to a new daycare they helped make the transition easy, comfortable, and as stress free as it can get. I had concerns and worries as any parent would when moving your child to a new place but i soon saw my daughter coming home happy as ever with a smile on her face. The staff has always been attentive and helpful in any way needed. If there had been any issues they were heard and resolved them immediately. They are always good at keeping us informed and notified with any and all questions or information we need. The atmosphere is very family friendly and welcome to any and all. My family and i have always felt comfortable and thankful for the staff and this location.

We had to transfer daycares last minute due to some unfortunate circumstances- Lucy at the Lottie Ave location and Liz at the Warr Acres location were so great about getting us in for a tour, putting our anxieties at ease, and helping us pick a location that worked best for us. We ultimately decided on the Lottie location because of the spacious interior, accreditations, and the playground that my son fell in love with when we toured with him. I appreciate that Lucy is so communicative, understanding, and helpful. When I expressed anxiety to her she told me I can visit or stop by unannounced anytime. My son has been getting a lot more socialization, my daughter is getting to make friends her age, and my husband and I can be at ease knowing our kids are in great hands.

Love the consistency with administration now that Miss Lucy and Miss Porschia have taken over! Very kind and communicative staff! My kids have been in this same daycare for years and the most recent years have been so much more professional. Thank you Childcare Network!

We love this daycare! The teachers are always so nice and caring — they really take the time to get to know each kid. The director is awesome too — super attentive, supportive, and always willing to help with anything. You can tell everyone there really cares. Couldn’t ask for a better place.
