We had our child here when she was an infant and now again at 2 years old. We’ve had experience at 3 different daycares due to a move and this one has been our favorite.
We get photos, videos, and updates throughout the day as well as the ability to check in on the live cameras, which I love. The app is the best one we’ve used as well and makes communication and payments simple. I didn’t realize how much I liked this app until we moved and didn’t get video access, had to have multiple apps for the same place, and payments were cumbersome.
Our child gets more outdoor time and the meals and snacks are healthier than other locations we’ve been to. She seems genuinely happy to go every morning and is in a good mood when we pick her up. Everyone at this location has been super friendly so we are very happy to be back!

I love Childtime! From the moment I first called them to take a tour of their facility to then meeting them in person, and then finally having my kids enrolled in their summer program, they have just truly been wonderful! Everyone on staff is super friendly, warm, welcoming, and courteous! The teachers are very kind and attentive to both my kids. The facility is very clean and well maintained. I love the daily food and activities updates, they share photos and videos throughout the day and that along with their live camera access makes me feel at ease dropping my kids under their care. They have an in-house chef who prepares all the meals every day which saves me a TON of time in the mornings not having to worry about packing lunches and snacks! When my boys first started I did let them know that they only eat Halal food and the entire staff had made sure to only give my kids vegetarian options which I really appreciated. The manager Ms Maritza is super kind and friendly. She’s always available for any questions I may have and does such a great job with everything. I would highly recommend Childtime and especially this location! I will definitely be enrolling my children next summer as well. Overall I’m very pleased with the care my kids have received here! About six months ago, management approached me and asked me to leave a 5-star review, saying that if they reached a certain number of positive reviews, they would receive more toys and other supplies. Based on that request, I left a 5-star review. I also noticed that management was unusually friendly before I posted the review, but their attitude changed afterward. That experience made me question how many of the positive reviews were genuinely voluntary.
I am now updating my review because I have become very disappointed with the management.
My child was repeatedly moved between classrooms, and each time we were given a different explanation, including staffing shortages and other reasons that often conflicted with what we had previously been told. The inconsistent explanations made it difficult to trust the information we were receiving.
Our child was also bitten by other children on multiple occasions. While I understand that incidents like this can happen in any daycare, the repeated incidents, combined with the other ongoing issues, raised concerns about the level of supervision and organization.
We specifically asked the staff to wake our child after one hour of naptime, and we were told it would be noted in his chart. Sometimes they followed the request, but more often they did not. The final straw was when they failed to wake him again. My wife called and was told they could no longer do that because of a new policy. When I called afterward, I was given a different explanation. Once again, we received inconsistent information depending on who we spoke with.
I understand that staffing challenges and policy changes can happen. What I expect from a daycare is honest, consistent communication and follow-through on agreed-upon requests. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. After everything we have experienced, I no longer have confidence in the management, which is why I am changing my review.

Poor management and lack of effective communication between the staffs. We just keep asking for weeks to apply the diaper rash for our kid ( written permits was given to them) and keep asking for an hour nap for our son due to sleep difficulties over night based on his pediatric. We just keep calling to update and ask every week. Kids are rotating a lot in the classes due to shortage of staff. It is a headache 😫

We love childtime! These folks are just the best. Their staff is so caring and the director Maritza is so great with the kids. It's easy to drop off and pick up and it's been a pleasure sending our son there for the last couple of years. Would highly recommend.
