Incredible service! We've been having them service our fireplace for almost a decade, and we couldn't be happier. Their expertise and care are second to none. Chimney Pioneer is top-notch. They are professional, kind, honest, and they are local small business owners. They are the only company who has cleaned our chimney from above (not an easy task) AND below plus they gave advice to help us be pro-active in our chimney care! I look forward to using them again next year!

Prompt, clear communication, fair pricing, and great service. With so many options around, we’re glad we took a chance on Chimney Pioneer. Their work was meticulous, clear explanation of all findings, didn’t try to oversell us anything and left our living room just as clean as before they arrived. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

They were very professional and let me know what they were doing and why, which is very important to me. Also of note was how considerate they were with cleanup and wearing protective shoe coverings in the house at all time. I highly recommend this company.
