Customers frequently cite fair pricing, quick turnaround times, and honest diagnostics for services including tire replacement, exhaust repairs, and AC work. Recurring themes highlight the owner's expertise in identifying issues that other shops missed, such as flex pipes or evap systems, often completing jobs within a day. However, a pattern of low-star reviews describes a lack of initial attention, with customers reporting that staff ignored them upon arrival or responded with poor attitude at the counter.

Pual and his crew are awesome. Took my wifes baby in to get the drone taken out of her exhust, went with puals recommendations and now she is super happy with it. Price was great. Will be back for any needs i have that i my self dont feel like doing. Thanks!
I expected just a basic tire patch and maybe some muffler tape from a place called Chino Tire & Muffler. but they actually took the time to inspect everything under my car and found a cracked exhaust mount I didn't even know about. The price was totally fair for the peace of mind i got, and they had me out in under an hour. I’ve been coming back here for years now because they treat me right every single time. they remember my old truck and always ask how it’s running. its the kind of shop you tell friends about so they stop going to the chain places.
Great service they were able to weld my long tube headers back onto the rest of the exhaust system in a timely manner also had this cool wood chair outside I felt like has a weight limit of 300 lbs but it held me up fine so sit at your own risk 😅🫡
Paul is the best and his staff! I had a serious problem and he went beyond expectations to get it fixed! He is fair in his rates too! Paul will be my mechanic as long as I need one. Your the best Paul, thank you.
Fair and honest mechanic. 3 other quotes for $2500 and Paul did for just under $1100. Love the work!
This is the second time I've been there. Paul was so gracious and took my car right away. He is very busy with other customers, but he took his time with my car. My brother in-law referred me to him. Now, I will refer Paul to all my friends. Great service! Thank you, Paul!!
I pulled up nobody approached my truck, I then got out an walked up to the garage door opening nobody said a word, no can I help you nothing so I left an went down the street to another place
We have been using Chino Tire & Muffler for exhaust repairs ave have been referring customers here since about 2010 when I moved to chino. Everyone loves Paul he’s honest, has a tremendous amount of experience, and is a super nice guy.
Extremely disappointing customer service. I stood at the counter for several minutes while the employee continued chatting with the O'Reilly's staff, completely ignoring me. When I finally had to interrupt to get assistance, she responded with attitude. I'll never return to this establishment again.
I have taken my car here twice to get a muffler delete and my flex pipes replaced. Paul was super nice and friendly. Quick turnaround and great pricing.
