This place is horrible. I paid for a consult they tried to get me for a 6 month treatment plan charging my insurance like $7k and me $1200. I cancelled immediately and 6 weeks later they charged my account and said they can’t do anything at the location and I have to call an 800 number and been on hold for almost 2 hours now - DO NOT GO HERE! There is a reason the chiropractor here has to drive hours to work, they done scammed everyone in their local area.

The staff is amazing here. If you’re nervous about chiropractic care they will ease your mind and get you truly feeling better on a daily basis. You’re not just another patient for them and it shows they genuinely care. Making the decision to go to that first appointment was one of the best I’ve ever made!

Dr. Blake provides wonderful care. Trusting your chiropractor is imperative to care and I trust him immensely! He is knowledgeable and always explains what he is doing. Lana is also a pleasure to deal with. They are pleasant and it’s a delight to go to my appointments, not only because I know I will feel much better physically, but they just make me smile. If you are looking for chiropractic care, this is the place!

I began therapy with them for pinched nerves in my neck. After my therapy regimen I have full range again. I’m very pleased and the staff are friendly group that make you feel welcome every time (even though I’m grumpy most days after work)

These people actually care about you the moment they meet you and you get that feeling immediately. And they do whatever they can to help you in any way possible and I really mean whatever they can to help you. And to top it all off they are some of the best chiropractors in the country and can prove it. I mean you are really getting exceptional care and treatment here. And nothing feels rushed or forced they genuinely just want to help people any way they can. Also the front desk lady is exceptional as well super nice super sweet super helpful amazing character and she as well will do anything in here power to help you in any way possible. And if you feel weird about your chiropractor being a girl or a guy they have both genders there as chiropractors so you could be as comfortable as possible and they are both like I said top chiropractors so you are in great care regardless. I just left my first session today and I had dr.Ferris the woman and she was amazing I mean really top tier service and customer care in my opinion and I’m a hard grader when it comes to customer service and I couldn’t be happier with her as my dr. I recommend this place for everyone if you are serious about helping your body 10/10

If you are looking for a Caring, Loving, & Wise Chiropractor!! You need to come to Chiro One Chiropractic Center of Springfield!! I have been suffering from a herniated disc in my neck. Which i had a plate & screws put in back in April. DR Blake has helped me to get my mobility back in my neck & back. My previous Chiropractor didn't help me as much. I went to him for 10yrs & I've gone to Chiro One for almost a yr & I feel so much better. Since I have started with Chiro One. I couldn't look over my shoulders w/o severe pain. Now I am able to do it with no pain!! I truly love Dr Blake!! Him & his team are truly Amazing!! ❤️
