I have been a patient of Dr. Ancona for over a year, and can attest to the quality care you will receive. But a recent experience has prompted this review. After injuring my back late on on a Friday and waiting for Monday to come in for treatment, the first words from Dr. Ancona were "you should have called my cell over the weekend", explaining he would have helped me without having to wait until Monday. To top that, he personally called me the next day to see how I was feeling and to schedule some follow up treatment. This is an example of Dr. Ancona's commitment to patient care that I have not seen from anyone else in the medical profession for quite some time...and it is something you will experience from the entire staff as well.
