My boys (2 pups) were received with care and seemingly well taken care of considering I called them in the morning without prior reservation. Good people, clean place, good price. Try them if in North end of Wichita. I would use them again if ever this way.

Very impressed! I am very nervous about boarding my dog and I had checked out a couple of boarding places and this by far was the best facility.
As soon as you walk in, there is a very clean reception area. The staff is all extremely friendly, and you can tell. The customers are well taken care of because they are also very friendly.
They treated my very nervous dog with love and care as well as I. They gave me updates and asked more questions and we’re just very detailed and professional, and it shows that the staff cares.
Unfortunately, I don’t love how far away it is from me. But I definitely will be returning to this facility when I need care.

We were absolutely thrilled with our experience at Chisholm Creek Pet Resort! The suites are amazing, and being able to peek in on our boy whenever we wanted gave us so much peace of mind. We also received great pictures and a wonderful update about how well he was doing.
They offer thoughtful add-ons to make your pet’s stay extra special while helping ease your mind while you’re away. What impressed us most was their honesty. They let us know they hadn’t given him his bath and refused to accept payment for it, even though they could have easily kept the money without us knowing.
Thank you, Chisholm Creek, for taking such wonderful care of our boy! We will definitely be booking his next stay with you soon!

We had only ever used Chisholm to board our dog since moving to Wichita. It has always been clean with welcoming staff. Recently, they increased their prices substantially with no notice to their customers. We had previously paid a rate of $33 per night, and sometimes added grooming services at a reasonable rate. They changed their online booking platform, which conveniently no longer had record of my dog’s vaccines, and prevented me from booking online where you can see the rates. I called to book a stay over the phone because I knew they had her records. They failed to mention any price increase over the phone. Upon dropping her off, again, there was no mention of a price change. When we picked her up, we were shocked to see the cost - $62/night. We had booked there a few more times while we searched for another reputable location, and we were further displeased when the staff would push grooming services and requested a tip for a brief standard boarding during one pick up. Very unfortunate to see these changes unfold, but very thankful we found Midwest Dog Center in the process. Would no longer recommend Chisholm due to cost and staff service.
