This accessible taxi service was efficient and professional. Very great at communication, explaining the process to the detail and payment instructions. Ben, gave unbelievable service and friendly and comforting chat along the way to the destination too! The ride was comfortable and had extra amenities too, like phone chargers, etc! Would use them again and again.

I started using this company because Ubers and Taxis between the airport(s) and downtown are almost always terrifying. 90% of the time they drive far too fast to get to their next fare, and 80% it's also reckless. This Taxi company was easy to book in advance; communicated well throughout; was professional throughout; arrived within 5mins of the scheduled window and shared their location 20mins out from pickup; the vehicle was very clean; the driver was very professional and got us to the airport quickly without speeding and - most importantly - safely. Their prices are comparable or cheaper than pre-booking an Uber, and definitely cheaper than an Uber during surge pricing. I plan on using them in the future for airport transportation, as long as everything above continues to be the norm. Being able to support a small business instead of Uber or one of the major cab companies that don't prioritize consistent quality control is the cherry on top.
