First, I really appreciate this company accommodating my same-day request and being able to send someone out on short notice. That flexibility was great and is honestly the main reason for the 3 stars.
Unfortunately, though, I felt the cleaning was extremely overpriced for the service provided. I was charged $250 for a standard cleaning, and the actual service consisted of a quick vacuum, mop, and surface cleaning. The entire cleaning took roughly an hour.
What was also confusing to me was the explanation of their pricing. I was initially told that the size of the house is not how they determine the fee, but then I was told the price was based on “a house that size.” I was also asked to rate how clean my home was on a scale of 1–10, but was told that wasn’t relevant to the pricing either, which made the $250 cost difficult to understand.
To be clear, the cleaning itself wasn’t necessarily bad. The issue is that, in my opinion, the level of service provided simply wasn’t worth $250. I would have expected a more thorough cleaning or a longer service for that price.
I’m grateful they were able to accommodate me on such short notice, but based on my experience, I don’t feel the service was a good value for the price.
I regret choosing this company for our move-in cleaning. I paid nearly $500 for the service because, at 38 weeks pregnant, I wanted to avoid the stress of having to deep-clean the home we had just purchased ourselves. Unfortunately, much of what was outlined in the agreement was not completed.
The exterior of the cabinets still had visible dirt and grease splatters, the baseboards appeared untouched, dead flies were left inside the windowsills, surfaces had not been properly dusted, and old food was left on the floor. Given the cost of the service, I expected a much more thorough and sanitary result.
I will say that management was responsive when I raised my concerns and arranged for a new crew to return the following day. I appreciated the effort to address the issues, and some areas were improved. However, there were still enough concerns left behind that I am disappointed and, unfortunately, do not feel confident in the overall cleanliness or sanitation of the home.
I ultimately feel that the service created more stress than it relieved. Given the amount I paid, I expected the home to be move-in ready, and I wish I had known I would need to spend additional time addressing these issues myself.
House looks amazing! Very nice ladies. Well use again.
