Working with Choice Care for our nanny search has been a great choice. Not only does Julie have a large network of nannies that she trusts, she asks great questions on what you're looking for from a nanny to ensure she is sending you great potential matches. She provides you a list of references for each nanny she sends over to ensure they're qualified and exactly what you're looking for. I would recommend her to anyone in the area looking for assistance on finding their next nanny.
When I contacted Choice Care I had very unique needs. Julie listened and sent me the best candidate, after a trial we hired her and could not be happier! I'm letting everyone know - if you need a nanny, go straight to Choice Care!

Choice Care and Julie are amazing. This was my first time exploring the world of Nannies and childcare. Julie was so kind, patient, and explained the process to me thoughtfully without putting any pressure on a decision. A friend of ours recommended Choicecare to us and I am so thankful they did. I worked with Julie throughout the process, who is fantastic. We discussed hiring a baby nurse and a full time nanny. Julie is very transparent and patient and really listens/cares about what you and your family are looking for. I was sent several candidates to choose from and all of them were professional, long time nannies. Within the first batch of interviews I had, we were able to find the right nanny (which wasn’t easy because all of them were great!) Julie’s network in the area is truly incredible. Julie goes above and beyond to find you the perfect fit. We had initially entertained other avenues to find our nanny for our first born; and not until I had my first call with Julie did I realize how poor my other experiences actually were. She truly listens, gives you options, and helps you explore candidates that you may or may not vibe with which, ultimately, allows for understanding of what you REALLY want in a candidate. Choice Care Newborn and Nanny Care was a life saver. We have used this wonderful agency for all 3 of our kids. With our first, We called in desperate need as our child was not a sleeper. Julie sent out a caring night nurse the next day. We have had 3 different night nurses for each child and all of them were very professional, warm and so loving to our babies. We felt our children were in the best of care. We highly recommend using Choice Care, they provided a much needed peace of mind and a good nights rest.
