Customers frequently highlight the thoroughness of inspections, clear communication, and rapid report delivery, noting that detailed explanations help buyers understand property conditions. Pricing is generally described as fair, and staff are often praised for being professional and punctual. However, a small number of low-star reviews criticize missed critical defects, such as structural issues or leaks, and note instances of poor follow-up communication where clients did not receive promised callbacks.
