The food at Choice Korean Food is absolutely INCREDIBLE! I lived in Asia for two years, and I haven’t had an Asian meal this memorable since living there. Newport News, you are so lucky to have this authentic gem nearby! If I lived nearby, I would absolutely be a regular. They accommodated me so thoughtfully as a vegetarian, and the dolsot bibimbap, served in a hot stone bowl, was the best I’ve had since my time in Asia. It was one of those meals you keep thinking about afterward and immediately want to return for. The sauces deserve their own standing ovation; these are special, secret-recipe sauces, far beyond ordinary soy sauce, and honestly the best I’ve ever tasted. The mango dessert was incredible, too; such a wonderful way to finish an exceptional meal. The hospitality made the experience even more special. Daniel was so kind and welcoming. He made me feel like a valued guest, and he is a huge part of why I want to return. Jocelyn, the server, was also wonderful. She was so patient with my questions and never once made me feel rushed. To the owners: please recognize what exceptional people you have in these two. Food this outstanding brings people through the door; the warmth and care they showed make people want to come back again and again. Choice deserves every bit of recognition for its incredible food, thoughtful vegetarian accommodations, and wonderful hospitality. I can’t wait to return!

My family and I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, the food was delicious and the service exceptional. We will be back and I definitely recommend trying it out, if you haven’t.

I was a faithful customer and usually love the food here. However, recently looked and saw something very unsanitary and unsatisfactory especially for what's supposed to be above average dining experience. I recommend this place do better with sanitation practices in their kitchen.

Fried wings were everything I wanted. I will definitely come back
So this was me and my friend second time around! Our first time was during the pandemic and it was a lot different then. I like that had menus but the sides of kimchi and cucumber kimchi is just too small for the amount of food you receive but the food is great. I had spicy beef fried rice with cucumber kimchi and my friend had spicy beef bulgogi and we started with a bulgogi kimbop. The appetizer was freshly made but my fried rice was a tad bit sweet to have spicy beef. Overall it was ok!

Had a craving for some wings and this place did not disappoint!!! The wings are pure delicious!!!best wings around this area for sure!!!
The menu has so many choices! The food was delicious and authentic. The portions were plenty and the prices were very reasonable. We drove about an hour to come satisfy a craving for Korean fried chicken and left very full. And very satisfied.
