I cannot recommend Chris highly enough, I feel lucky to have come across his name. I texted him about some plumbing issues we were having and he came out the very next morning exactly when he said he would. He went over each problem with me and it turned out several didn't need repairs at all, there were just tweaks and adjustments I could that would fix things. The two main problems we were having he was able to fix PERFECTLY during his visit. At the same, while working he noticed that some of our light switches weren't working properly. This was a problem we've been dealing with for years and just became resigned to, figured we'd have it dealt with some other time. Instead, he offered to fix them right then and there and worked with us on a price that fit our budget. All told, he was here for less than an hour and a half and took care of five longstanding electrical and plumbing problems that we've had trouble getting fixed for ages. He was warm, knowledgeable, and one of the most plainly competent people I've ever had the pleasure of encountering. It isn't just that he did a great job efficiently and with kindness, it's that I no longer have any worries about running into plumbing or electric problems at home. It's such a weight off psychologically to know Chris is available to take care of things. Feels like we have our home back again. I've lived here my whole life and never felt confident in who to call for repair work. There are numerous well reviewed local businesses we've used in the past that were sometimes good, but sometimes unreachable, hard to schedule, or did rushed shoddy work. It always felt like a gamble when it was time to get repairs done and after a while you just get worn down and procrastinate getting them done at all. From now on, I'll just text Chris and not give it another thought. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Very kind, considerate, and professional. He worked diligently and efficiently and completed the hallway bathroom’s toilet install and resealed the kitchen sink that had fallen. Chris did an outstanding job fixing our kitchen sink after the undermount adhesive failed and the sink came loose. Instead of just gluing it back, he installed support brackets, which is a much stronger and more permanent fix. He also replaced our faucet, and his price was incredibly affordable for the quality of work he provided. Chris was professional, honest, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. It’s refreshing to find someone who truly cares about doing the job right without overcharging. We are extremely happy with his work and highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled handyman!!!

I texted Chris to ask if he could come and install a 4 piece shower surround and a bathtub in one of my rentals in Ypsilanti. Chris came out the next day and finished the entire job that same day. From the first time I texted Chris to job completion was not even 48 hours. I will definitely use him again for projects. Thanks Chris! Update: I used Chris for my shower job 4 years ago. This week I had an old bathroom exhaust fan catch fire and burn some wires in my attic. I called many electricians, all were booked weeks out or charged high fees just to come look. I decided to text Chris..got a quick response and 2 days later he was here giving a free quote and completed the work within a few hours. I can confidently say that Chris will now always be my first call for any home projects. He is a problem solver, professional, quick, and very reasonable. He does great work, cleans up after himself, and is always friendly. Thank you Chris!
