When we moved to Dripping Springs five years ago, Chris Pesek wasn't even our realtor, yet he was still incredibly helpful to us. I first became aware of him through his Monday YouTube series, "Mortgage Mondays," and another show called "Raise the Roof Friday," where he followed the construction process of a client's home. Both were informative, educational, and gave me a great impression of his knowledge and professionalism long before we ever worked together.
Fast forward to today, and when it came time for us to move, Chris became our buyer's agent. From the very beginning, he thought of every detail and made the entire process as stress-free as possible. He even coordinated contractors to complete modifications to our new home before we moved in. I never had to worry because I knew we were in Chris' capable hands.
Chris has an exceptional knowledge of the entire Hill Country area, and that expertise was invaluable throughout our home-buying journey. He is responsive, proactive, and truly invested in helping his clients find the right home.

Chris was truly a lifesaver. He listened carefully to everything I needed and handled every step of the process with my best interests in mind. He went to bat for me on multiple occasions and consistently had my back—I always felt protected and advocated for. One of Chris’s greatest strengths is his deep understanding of the entire picture. From building and renovations to HOA nuances and title issues, his knowledge is exceptional. Yes, a realtor should know these things—but Chris knows everything. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
