Customers frequently highlight the shop's friendly, professional staff and detailed communication regarding vehicle issues and repair urgency. Services include diagnostics, oil changes, and complex mechanical repairs, often accompanied by courtesy shuttle rides and thorough explanations of necessary work. While most reviews praise the efficient and transparent pricing, a recurring criticism involves the unexpected addition of a ten-dollar fee for shop supplies and chemical disposal that was not disclosed upfront.

The service was good and I had a coupon for the oil change, however it would have been nice to know they were going to charge $10 for shop supplies solvents, small quantities of fluids, shop rags, service of the parts cleaning machine and disposal/ recycling of chemicals up front.

I took my car to be worked on. I asked if I could drop it off they said I could. They kept me up to date with the status. When I dropped off my car they asked if I needed a ride home. They fixed my car in a timely manner and was informative of other issues with my car

My dad's car has been making a loud noise for months. He had previous taken it to a subaru dealer and they couldn't determine the problem. Christian Bros diagnosed and fixed the issue in less than a day. Turns out subarus tend to have bad wheel bearings. This car only has 104k miles. Everyone I spoke with at Christian bros was courteous, helpful and efficient. I like this is a family owned business that values quality and their customers! Well definitely return for future auto repairs and maintenence! Thank you Christian Bros cedar rapids!
