Customers highlight prompt scheduling, clear communication, and fair pricing for services including spring replacements, new door installations, and opener repairs. Reviewers frequently note that technicians arrive on time, explain issues thoroughly, and complete work efficiently. One criticism involves a phone representative hanging up on a caller and providing a two-hour arrival window despite the office's proximity to the customer's home.

Fantastic. Very satisfied with the new garage door and the installation work. Wished I’d done this several years ago - it already maintains a much more constant temperature in the garage. Quality door construction (Hormann - thick, with steel surfaces and insulation sandwiched between). Garage door design looks great too. Features are great too (WiFi, camera, app to control or check status). CHS are really easy to deal with….. just straightforward and friendly. No pushing for unnecessary work or items etc. Truly pleasant experience. CHS helped with the design choice, looked at the current door, frame and motor to accurately advise what would need replacing and clearly went over what was needed, how it would be done and when it would be scheduled in. Install date was very realistic to original estimate, cost was as per original quote and install job was great. I would definitely recommend CHS for anyone considering a replacement garage door, or a door for a new build project. Very satisfied. Thank you!

From start to finish, my experience with CHS Garage Door Repair of Seattle was outstanding. Adam, the owner, was professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. He communicated clearly throughout the entire process, making sure I knew exactly what to expect on pricing, timing, and the install itself.
Javier handled the installation and did an absolutely fantastic job. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and had the new LiftMaster Premium Belt Drive (1 HP with built-in camera) up and running before I knew it. The work was clean, precise, and exactly what was promised.
What really stood out was how smoothly everything went. No surprises on the bill, no delays, no headaches. Just honest, skilled work done right the first time. The new LiftMaster unit is whisper-quiet, and having the built-in camera is a bonus I didn't know I needed until now.
If you're looking for a garage door company in Seattle that shows up when they say they will, stays on budget, and actually communicates with you like a professional, look no further. I'd recommend Adam and the CHS team to anyone without hesitation.
