Worst dog wash ever!! It used to be great but they rearranged the tubs and they are not human or dog friendly!!

Ruby is the best dog groomer we have ever had. You can tell she loves dogs and they love her. Even if Daisy has a hard time with the blow dryer (we are practicing at home but my corgi has big feelings!) Ruby understands and never is stressed. Daisy our corgi looks so amazing afterward and it’s a relief to find someone who is so good with this silly breed. We drive three cities over to see Ruby and it’s worth it. When Daisy sees Ruby her ears go as far backwards as possible because she likes and trusts her. Highly recommend seeing Ruby!

It was our first time at Chuck & Don’s. They were amazingly sweet to our 11.5 year old golden. As a previous groomer myself, I was impressed with their prices and set up. The ramp works so much better than stairs to get dogs into the bath. I highly recommend. Even if you do zero upgrades, they mix the shampoo and conditioner for you and it did a great job of making our golden feel soft, clean and silky. I love their dryers. They are adjustable, but our golden certainly has enough hair to have it on all the way. They offered the ear protection I would use if I had a dog skittish of the noise. I forgot one of my personal brushes I use to deshed, and Emerson was kind enough to call and let us know. Ace loves the treats that give 50% back to disabled people. Peanut butter and banana! Yes please! Thanks to all that gave our sweet grandchild Golden all the love. I couldn’t recommend more. Also, if you are skittish or don’t have the tools for a nail trim, it is only a nominal fee to add and you don’t need to set that in advance. Long nails hurt your pups feet, so definitely worth it! LOVED EVERYONE! We were there 9/19/26.

Went to the new West Bloomington location, and unfortunately, I would not recommend it. The employee ringing me up became distracted and didn’t give me my correct change. When I pointed it out, instead of simply checking the register and correcting the mistake, he became defensive and told me he would check the cameras. I told him to go ahead. He then insisted that I was wrong, counted out the $1 bills, and handed me the change while saying, “Now I gave you $8.” That wasn’t true. It’s not about the amount of money—it’s about how you treat your customers. Mistakes happen, but getting defensive and arguing with a customer instead of simply addressing the issue is not good customer service. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Terrible customer service. We had brought our dog before for grooming and had a wonderful experience. We booked again for today 8/16. My husband arrived to drop off our dog at 10am and the groomer Rudy came out and asked to reschedule because they booked 2 big dogs and can’t do two. We booked our dog on August 9th. In that time, no one called us to reschedule, which would of been fine. I will applaud the supervisor on duty at that time because they did try to find another location to possibly take our dog but the groomer Rudy and her attitude is NOT okay. She stormed out of the grooming area to confront my husband because he was talking the supervisor at the time and was really rude about the encounter and started talking about your dog needs this and this and that would charge extra etc. First off, it’s not appropriate to be yelling across the store about what things will cost etc. Rudy needs to have a talking to about a customer service.

Amazing customer service! They have done a great job with nail trims for my cats and the self service dog wash is so great and such reasonable price. Everyone that works here has been great!
