I never actually used this service, because I was told they don't take sick cats from another vet. Well correct me if I am wrong most animals at some point or another come from another vet, don't they? Unless you started with this vet. So I guess if you ever saw another vet they won't see you, no new patients they should say, and no sick pets, uh hello if the pet was sick then there would be no point in scheduling an appointment in the first place. Let me also point out that they say they offer in home visits, but actually don't, because they kept trying to discourage the service, saying it costs more and would end up transporting her back to the click. If you don't offer in home service don't advertise that you do that's false advertising! Let me first add though that Jazmine was very nice and friendly and tried to help me, and we even discussed making an appointment, but I waited to make the appointment and ended up going to a different vet, not by choice but because when I called to go to this vet I ended up calling the wrong clinic and they were closed, it was the other Cimarron, but either way that day I couldn't wait for an appointment anyway, because she was already caged, and couldn't be caged again, so I need to take advantage of when I was able to capture her. Anyway wanted to do a follow up with this clinic but all of the sudden they wouldn't accept me when they would before, they did however obtain my file from the other vet clinic which led me to believe they would help me, but didn't weird. Anyway, guess my money is no good. I don't know what type of clients they are looking for, but I am guessing if you don't meet their criteria they won't see you.

I cannot recommend Dr. Robinson highly enough. We recently had to make the devastating decision to say goodbye to our beloved Misty after a long battle with bladder cancer, and Dr. Robinson guided us through the entire process with extraordinary knowledge, care, and compassion. She was deeply respectful of our family's feelings, took the time to answer all of our difficult questions, and ensured our sweet girl’s final moments were completely peaceful, gentle, and filled with dignity. In the hardest moment a pet owner can face, Dr. Robinson was a true comfort. We are incredibly grateful for her kindness and the immense support she gave our family.

Today was the most difficult day any pet owner would understand. Today I put my beautiful, sweet, loyal protector to rest. Chief was the most amazing and loyal companion I was blessed with for the past 14 years. I had the honor of being his human. Dr. Robinson and her amazing staff were wonderful during this most difficult time. The compassion and understanding they all showed was a blessing. The way they each handled such a delicate situation was phenomenal. I am truly and forever grateful to Dr. Robinson and her staff at Cimarron Canyon Veterinary Clinic for the compassion you showed. I'm so glad you all got to meet Chief and experience the joy he brought to my life for the past 14 years.

Absolutely amazing care the Dr is amazing and makes you feel comfortable and welcoming I only wish I'd found them soonery dog has issues with men and thankfully today it was all women so that's a plus too if you have a dog like mine . I think the Dr is a incredible women for making such affordable prices for people I highly recommend.

My dog Daisy was uncomfortable today. She had redness to her ear and eyes. We were concerned and made a same day appointment to have my dog examined. It was our 1st time there. I must say I was very pleased with the caring and professional manner that the veterinarian and staff took care of my dog. Thank you for helping her ♥️ You guys are awesome.

We had to make the heartbreaking decision to have our 16 year old Shiba Inu, Tsuki, whom we'd had since 8 weeks old, put down right before Thanksgiving this year. She was experiencing a lot of confusion and dementia as well and I wanted to find someone who could do the service in our home where she would be the most comfortable. The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. Dr. Robinson and her team were extremely kind, compassionate, and understanding throughout the entire process. My children were also present and she explained every step of the way to them, what Tsuki would experience, and allowed us to have as much time as we needed. They even helped us to make paint paw prints after she had passed. Afterwards, we received an unbelievably thoughtful card in the mail from the entire team as well. We received her ashes back in a beautiful bamboo urn with her name, a beautiful clay pawprint, and locks of fur. I can't recommend them enough if you are having to make this difficult decision. Thank you to the team for helping make this experience as easy, calm, and positive as the situation could be.

It's the third time I go, and is VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL . My dog is usually very nervous. But the Dr is gentle and calm . And my dog feels that. Definitely recommend.

Very friendly and clean for my new pup’s vaccines.

Dr. Robinson is an exceptional veterinarian. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely kind in the way she cares for both pets and their owners. I trust her completely, which is why I go out of my way from the east side of town to see her. I’m grateful for the peace of mind she provides. Highly recommend!
