We had a great experience working with Cindy to sell our house. She is professional, responsive, and very knowledgeable about the Allen, Texas real estate market. Her recommendations on preparing our house for sale and making the right improvements were especially helpful and made a real difference. She also priced our home appropriately based on the local market, and received a full-price offer within a week! She guided us through every step of the process and made selling our home much easier and less stressful. We truly appreciated her expertise and dedication and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the area. - Kenny Lau
Cindy is truly amazing. Her knowledge of her industry is at max level. I met her years ago and knew if I ever sold my house. She would be who I trusted to do that. She did not disappointment. In fact, it was better than I had hoped and dreamed. I will recommend her to anyone that I know. Looking to buy or sell a house.
Cindy was very helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive. She works quickly and was able to help me locate my rental property within 3 days! Definitely recommend!
Cindy Coggins was my agent and I could not have found a better agent, she is fantastic! She did her homework and advised me throughout the process. When the home hit the market, it sold the first weekend after, a small bidding war that brought an offer over the asking price! I highly recommend Cindy if you ever need a realtor.

Cindy is the best hands down!!! If you’re looking to buy/sell a home she is your woman!!! She helped us with the process from start to finish and even helps with the things you don’t even think of!! I have found my realtor for life!!
Cindy is an amazing realtor! I appreciated that she took the time to explain each step of the home buying process. She doesn’t just help you buy a house, she helps you find your dream home 💜
Cindy and Barry went above and beyond in their professionalism, knowledge, integrity, and efforts to sell as expeditiously as possible while maintaining a focus on a profitable outcome in the role of Receiver. I would highly recommend them for both personal representation or court-ordered receivership. Truly remarkable!
