My experience with Cipolla Law Group was extremely disappointing, especially with attorney Natalia Curto. I paid for a one-hour consultation, but the call lasted less than 10 minutes. On top of that, nearly half the time was wasted due to connection issues and poor internet on her end, which is completely unprofessional for a paid service. I also received no meaningful guidance. The only suggestion given was to “file a mandamus lawsuit,” without any real explanation or discussion. After the call, I emailed her multiple times asking to move forward and begin the process, but she has not responded to a single email up to this point. Being completely ignored after taking payment is unacceptable. I would strongly caution others before working with this firm. My experience felt disorganized, unprofessional, and far below expectations for legal services.

Completely screwed over my mother!!! Horrible to deal with, never had the right answers and wanted money to ask every little question. Do NOT use them if you need your green card.
