Such a nice staff who you can tell really care about all the dogs. I always feel good when I drop my dog off and I know he’s safe and comfortable there. Highly recommend!

This program is amazing!!! I am so grateful to have a training-daycare-boarding option where my dogs can learn, play and bond with such an exceptional set of humans who set them up for success and happiness. Dogs love each day like it is their best and the CC staff are keenly aware of that and work sweetly and with kindness and keen intelligence to put the dogs in the best routines schedule to make that happen. JuJu is a bar none best trainer!!! She is so, so bright!!! You all are a Gem of Bay and I wish there was a 101 more plaques on the wall for you all.
Do not hire for cat sitting. Got cat sitting services for three weeks for my elderly mother while she was away visiting family. My mother came back to find the cat litter box had not been changed once. Sitter claimed she couldn’t find the bags of litter in my mother’s small apartment. Thing is, the sitter was in contact with both my mother and me the entire time! Could easily have asked. This endangered the cat’s health and completely broke trust.

Actually my phone shut off. You guys are 5 star. Just dropped my boys off to Citizen Canine and I'm comforted in knowing that my 2 shibas are in great hands. This is the first time that I've had to board them in years, I already miss them, but love Citizen Canine!

When we needed a new doggy day care we auditioned a ton of places. This one is just too out of the way for us for daycare but we love it so much that it is our go to for boarding! I love that everyone here seems to love my dog. Before coming here my dog was afraid of water and their park made her a now regular splasher. I love seeing their social media stories. The play/rest/play model is critical for my dog and they really nail it. I'm also a SUCKER for the add-ons. More fetch time? Yes. A pup cup? She deserves it. Easter egg hunt? T . T I'm crying. Thank you for loving my girl. We love you so much.
