Thank Pedro for your kind words
We just moved here and needed floors installed immediately. Since I knew no one I turned to Reddit. Luck was on my side when I found mention under "good flooring installers in Orlando" and they posted Gonzalo's name and phone number. I called and he met me at my home the next morning. I was so completely impressed with him that I knew I was going to hire him to install my floors. It was a fantastic decision. Gonzalo's crews came when I was told they would, worked super hard every single day. They were so nice and so helpful. They cleaned up each day and were a pleasure to have in the house. The attention to detail was exceptional. They did a fantastic job removing existing carpet and laying wood in bedrooms. They also removed tile and replaced it in 3 areas. I also asked him if by chance he did backsplashes and he did that for me as well. I am literally thrilled with the work City Floors did for me. As a mater of fact, I am literally trying to come up with more projects for them to do. You will love working with City Floors.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Gonzales and his team at City Floors for our hardwood floor installation as well as tile work in our master and guest bathrooms. I can honestly say the entire experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free from start to finish. Gonzales and his team were incredibly pleasant to work with, always respectful, punctual, and attentive to detail. Gonzales is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about the quality of his work, which gave us a lot of confidence throughout the process. We truly appreciate the care and craftsmanship they brought to our home and would absolutely work with them again in the future. Highly recommend!
