My chimney has been leaking in my basement for some time. I was told with the repairs given I shouldn’t have an issue coming up. I just recently had a waterfall coming from my chimney, I tried calling THREE times to speak with a manager over a three day period. No call back, do not use them. They will take your money, not fix the issues and then ghost you.
The gentleman that came and helped us was kind, respectful and looked at our problem. He gave us a few options without being pushy or rude. CityLine gave us time and space to think about our needs before we moved further with our situatio.
Was very comfortable with the technician sent out and am confident all is well with my fireplace😊

Cityline Chimney Sweep came by on Wednesday and gave me a quote to fix the crown and cap on my chimney. Jake came by the next day to fix it. I am very satisfied with the work he did. Very professional. Before and after photos.

Never showed for chimney inspection appointment. I called and they had someone call me. He asked me to climb up on roof and take pictures! Terrible
