Recurring themes highlight efficient communication, professional conduct, and the ability to diagnose issues quickly. However, lower-rated reviews cite discrepancies between advertised and actual service call fees, high labor charges for minor parts replacements, and instances of poor communication or unresolved repairs after payment.

CJ appliance repair did an excellent job repairing our oven! Service was prompt and they answered my call and had a technician out in the same day. Multiple problems were identified, our service technician Jimmy was knowledgeable and efficient. And the parts for repair came in quickly. Highly recommend this company!
We’ve been working with CJ Appliance for years, and have always received first-rate service. Scheduling is easy and there are no long wait times for a repair person to arrive and fix the problem. Highly recommend!
Service on our Whirlpool ice maker by Dustin the technician was excellent. He even showed up an hour early and called before to let me know he was coming. Also impressed with their communication system.
They were very friendly, quick, and efficient. They got me in within a couple days and the cost was less than expected. My technician was Dustin and he was friendly and pleasant.
We have used CJ’s on several appliance repairs and have always received excellent service. Very prompt, reliable, kind, efficient and very reasonably priced! I would highly recommend them!
