I have used CKA numerous times. Chris and Tracie are great to work with. They are very professional and thorough, not to mention reasonably priced. Chris has always taken the time to explain any issues in depth that could be a problem, as well as given suggestions as how to remedy them. I always get a well written report the day of the inspection as well, so I'm never waiting a day or two to make a decision. 10/10 highly recommend!

We had Kyle he had missed multiple items from no hot water to the laundry room to having half of the tile in one room not being grouted properly and varying discrepancies to whether are septic was even located being that there are 2 different stories. Adding to this since you can’t respond to a flat out lie that they just put about the hot water side….there was not even a second spout for hot water so not having the machine there to check makes zero sense, there was only one outlet and one knob for water….how can that not be checked and listed?

Hello Garrett, We looked over your home inspection report and noticed during the home inspection a washing machine was NOT installed. So there would be no way for an inspector to test for hot or cold water in a laundry room without creating a mess. As far as varying discrepancies about the septic system, the septic system section on your report was checked NOT inspected. The inspector also noted he was unable to locate the drain field. As far as the grout not being installed correct can you clarify statement and which area you are referring too? Thank you, CKA Home Inspections
