Hunter from CLAE came for the initial visit. He was nice & polite. He was very knowledgeable about insects and I jokingly told him that he should get a PhD in entomology. He explained in detail on the treatment of the few issues we were experiencing. We were very satisfied with this initial visit.
Called a day ago, came out the next day and were responsive and answered all of my questions.
Clae was everything we needed. Hunter got here the day after we called and was perfect. He found entry points that other techs from other companies missed and resolved our problem. We haven't had any issues at all since he was here. He was kind, smart, and made me feel listened to and valued. Best contractor I've worked with on any project in a very long time.
