Clark Pest Control at a glance

Customers frequently praise the punctuality, friendliness, and thoroughness of technicians, noting that staff communicate treatment plans and address specific pest issues effectively. However, several low-star reviews criticize the company for unexplained price increases and poor communication regarding billing changes after a corporate rebrand. Reviewers also mention dissatisfaction with the billing department's organization and transparency, contrasting these administrative issues with the generally positive experiences of in-home service.
