Clasica Film's

I have waited way too long for this review! Clásica covered my cousins quinceañera in March this year. I was one of the madrinas for photos and video. I was in charge of choosing the vendor. I do not regret the choice one bit and neither does my cousin. I will lay it out in points: •Creative Direction Their team is great at bringing their professional vision to meet with the desired vision of the client. In the occasion there is no specific vision of the client, then they are great about helping explore themes, locations and details. There is great detail to both photos and videos. •Communication At all times were we able to text, call or email. A response was always prompt and quick. •Professionalism & Personality The team is incredibly respectful, full of personality and charizma. •Flexibility The team is open to travel for photo shoots, moving and switching dates around to accommodate important deadlines in the part planning. •Honesty and Sales The sales points were not aggressive, forced or dishonest. Matter of fact, he was very transparent with each of his package deals. He was very truth to the clients desires and needs. He asked us what was most important for us and what we could do without. He also let us know that if we couldn’t decide in the moment, we were able to choose at a later time. The contract was very well explained point by point. •Presentation His presentation was very clear on what his packages included and did not include. We were also able to see in person exactly what we would get for a finished product so it wasn’t like we were looking out of a magazine. He discussed finishes, materials (which was my favorite part of the presentation), page counts, page content, video content, and video delivery. All things we got to see and feel in person. •Price point His pricing is very truthful to his quality of work. This is a once in a life time and investment. The quality of their work is incredible and very fair. At that, his team is generous with the clients and there is not hidden desire to gauge someone’s eye out. The packages he offers cover a wide range of prices making his work accessible to all clients. •Day of My cousin and her mom were so happy at the level and quality of interaction the team had with all of their guest. They go above and beyond. Even the guests were so complementary of the team and their quality of genuine interaction. •Delivery Very honesty and realistic time frame for delivery was given ahead of time. But even in that, they superseded their own expectations of delivery of the products, photos and videos. This is a company that loves to do what they do. There is passion, organization, honesty and talent.

We celebrated our wedding last year in October and Gustavo along with the clasica films teams was amazing to work with. We had a double wedding and we used clasica films for not only our big day but also our engagement photos! All of our pictures came out absolutely beautiful, our video was amazing, and two of the photos we had enlarged also came out stunning! I would recommend clasica films to anyone that wants their beautiful day remembered in the most perfect way!

The team made my experience run so smooth with good communication, being bilingual, and making me feel comfortable while taking my XV photoshoot! They are so welcoming and very easy to work with, I had a vision for how I wanted my photos and video to come out, and they went above and beyond!! I highly recommend booking them for your most memorable and magical moments to be captured forever! The process in choosing your selected photos was also very easy, and the people at the office are also incredibly friendly and helpful!
