The team from Classic Hardwood Floors LLC were consummate professionals. Ben was extremely responsive to questions/concerns and explained steps that needed to be taken along the way to get the job done. He also provided suggestions and feedback throughout, even for issues I hadn't thought about. He was upfront and fair in communicating costs, changes in the estimate, etc. Cesar and Eddie were very courteous, professional, and really did a phenomenal job with my floors. Care and attention to detail were especially appreciated - they worked quickly, did not cut corners, and really made sure that trim, edges, corners, etc., were all done with precision. You won't regret going with this team for your flooring needs, just great to work with all the way around!

i made an appointment to get an estimate to have my floors refinished as i am moving back to philadelphia, corresponding with ben. a little after the time ben was supposed to arrive, i reached out and ben said he was unable to find parking (i live in center city) and was still circling around the neighborhood. i offered to reschedule to the next day (i was leaving philadelphia that day) early in the morning when there is ample street parking. ben again was a no-show, and had i not reached out, i'm not sure he would have ever said that he wasn't coming. the whole experience was bizarre and i cannot recommend doing business with this company as a result.

Worked with Classic twice in the last couple of years. They did a great job both times at a cost lower than I expected. They handled glitches caused by my having to handle the projects remotely very smoothly.
