Amazing customer service! They were so incredibly helpful when I needed a simple handle replacement for a shower door from a door they installed years ago. It didn’t matter that it was a small part. They communicated with me and we’re so helpful! If I ever need a new door, they will be the first company I call.

I had the female side of a shower door handle break, so I went to Classic Shower Door to try to find a replacement. The company that made the handle is no longer in business, so it's difficult to find. The gentleman at Classic Shower Door looked around in their spare parts and found the right handle, but all they had was the male side. He went in the back and drilled out the part and fashioned it so that it worked, for no charge. I will definitely go to this place when I need to replace the shower enclosure entirely.

Writing on behalf of my father, he is a professional contractor and has had numerous clients have their shower doors or components installed and created by this company. Even follow up parts and services after the install are always pleasant and easy going, they always have what he needs. Great place!

The owner is amazing. I had a broken part from a 30-year old shower door that Classic Shower Door installed. The company that made the door is out of business so I believed my chances for a fix were miniscule. To my amazement the owner takes me into the construction area and begins to rummage around in a cabinet full of supplies and then to the shock of both of us she finds the replacement part that my door needed. I offered to pay but she refused my money. These people are amazing and I will not go anywhere else in the future for my shower door needs.

Most absolutely the BEST service, material, turn-out, price and company I have worked with in my entire renovation process over the past 14 months. I had another company absolutely slaughter my master shower when they pretended they could take on the job of this magnitude, and not only did Classic completely clean up after them, beat their price, then blew them out of the water and then put all my worries and doubts to rest that it would happen twice. The professionalism is astounding and so is the compassion and experience behind the wheel. I can NOT thank them enough for pulling off what they did for me, and with such ease.

Classic Shower Door did a tremendous job on our master bathroom in 2021 so when I accidentally broke the sweep on the bottom of the shower door last month I went in to purchase a replacement. They simply took the broken sweep to the back, matched it and gave it to me free of charge. What a great company with premier customer service and would highly recommend!
