when i called they told me minimum was 2 cleaners for $85/hr. I told him exactly what i needed cleaned w/ square footage, and asked them to estimate how many hours bc they charge by the hr. he said they couldnt guestimate. I wanted a quote for the job, he wouldnt give one. he wanted it by the hour and he wanted it open ended so they could take their time and run up the bill. When i told him that i would see how far they got after a few hours he demanded i tell him how many hours I needed. I used the same argument he used that i couldn't 'guestimate' how long cleaning takes. Bc he didnt seem to like his own logic used against him, me not actually trying to be snarky, he then he changed the requirements, all of a sudden, to be a minimum 6 hrs after he told me the minimum was 2 hrs. clearly he's just trying to maximize profits but it just put a sour taste in my mouth and i rather not give this company any business. it's actually discriminatory to have different rules for different customers and one day someone might want to sue them for it. just a putting it out there.

I had a deep cleaning done for my 3bd/2bath townhouse.Both women arrived on time and asked me questions on what to target - they were super professional and got into every corner and did an outstanding job. The job took close to 3 hours-the kitchen including stove and refrigerator were sparkling clean - the windows to the walls, baseboards and my floors ! Professional , honest and incredibly detailed. Amazing job- I’m so so happy with the end result and will be utilizing them on a monthly basis- will book another for my parents home! Thank you!

I needed a last minute cleaning for a space of 1,000sf in a home (specifically, the entertaining area), and with limited time available at the home. Clean Cozy were very responsive and accommodating. There was excellent communication (text) throughout, including follow up afterwards to make sure we were happy with the cleaning (it was great!).
