Daniel and his team were beyond phenomenal to work with! From initial planning, to dealing with us making an unanticipated change, to speed of build and quality of the deck, I cannot recommend Clean Cut Deck Builders enough! The craftsmanship is unmatched and we’re happier than we could’ve imagined with our finished deck and gazebo. Clean Cut Deck Builders recently replaced the composite material on our deck. Our first generation TREX reached its life expectancy and was failing. Our experience with Daniel and his crew replacing, over 1000sf of material and repairing and or replacing age affected pressure treated framing members, was perfect. It's difficult to define this but let me give you an example - the removal and disposal of the existing material was completed on day 2 - the first replacement board was installed 5 days later. Why..? They put a level on every joist and used a planer to accurately level every joist - painstakingly making sure it was perfect before installation. 5 days. The last hour of each day was spent on clean up, leaving the work area pristine. Great contractor's alleviate anxiety brought on from the uncertainty surrounding construction projects - their ability to communicate and deliver on what you have envisioned sets them apart from ordinary "Chuck's in a truck". We feel fortunate in finding this company and have started speaking to them about our next project. Steve and Kim L.

Daniel and his team did an excellent job replacing our railings on an older deck. This was a more difficult project than expected because the deck was built in 2007 and had some challenging design issues that Daniel had to work through. Despite being here an extra day, he would not take more money and stuck to the original budget. His work was above and beyond our expectations and we highly recommend him!

Dan was thorough with his explanations; he defined the schedule and kept to it; he was on site throughout the project; he kept us informed and updated on progress; he made sure that all the materials were correct after delivery; he is technically qualified and competent; and he a really nice guy.

We got quotes from a few different companies before choosing Clean Cut Deck Builders. They weren’t the cheapest, but the way their quote was presented made all the difference. Clean Cut doesn’t build gazebos, but Anthony still spent hours designing and reinforcing the deck so it could handle the structure. He added extra rafters, measured everything precisely, and marked it out so the gazebo installers could step right in without issue. That kind of attention to detail is rare, and it showed how much pride he takes in the quality of his work. While his crew was on site, I had other contractors working on different projects.
