Clean Master Carpet Cleaning
Clean Master Carpet Cleaning at a glance
Customers frequently highlight punctuality, professional communication, and effective removal of pet stains and hair from carpets, rugs, and upholstery. Reviewers note that technicians arrive on time, explain the process clearly, and provide consistent results, often recommending the service for future needs. However, a minority of low-star reviews report dissatisfaction with incomplete cleaning of pet hair and alleged damage to flooring materials, leading to disputes and legal action.

I could not be more delighted with Colton and satisfied with the job. They did a great job cleaning our Lovesac couch. One of our dogs has epilepsy. She had a seizure and urinated on it. They were able to get all of the dog hair out very quickly something I did not even expect, and then thoroughly clean that area in a couple other others that I greatly appreciate appreciated which were covered in the service. It feels good to be sitting on a clean couch and no longer smelling urine. Thank you so much, Carlton. We greatly appreciate you. You blew it out of the water.!! Carlton was here for about 30 to 45 minutes. He was very quick very efficient and made everything extremely easy.
