In 2025, I slipped and fell immediately after stepping out of my car in a parking lot maintained by Clean and Green. The lot was a complete sheet of ice, and I fractured my tailbone. The facility serves many older adults seeking pain treatment, so I’m grateful someone more vulnerable didn’t suffer a broken hip. I was pregnant, which delayed my X-rays and treatment for months. The owner, Hunter, reached out to me during this time and said he wanted to make it right. I explained that I was pregnant and it would be a few months before I could seek treatment. He promised to cover all medical expenses related to my fall Because my pregnancy took too long he referred the claim to Sam Rodriguez at North Central Casualty Claims, Auto-Owners Insurance. When I couldn’t get a response from Sam and asked Hunter for help, Hunter told me it wasn’t his problem and that I needed to go through insurance. After months of unanswered calls and emails, escalating to management, and even filing a complaint with the Ohio Department of Insurance, I finally learned my claim was denied. Hunter is unbothered and has not honored his promise to cover my medical expenses. This behavior from Hunter reflects a serious lack of integrity and moral responsibility. He has made it clear that he doesn’t respect women, pregnancy or the safety of the patrons of the establishments he maintains. Based on the unsafe conditions and how Hunter handled the aftermath, I would NEVER hire or recommend Clean N Green And I will make it my mission to tell everyone that I encountered this story.

Clean N Green performed aeration and overseeding for both front and back yards on short notice. Landscaper avoided underground utilities that I spray painted in advance. Job was complete and well done.

Clean N Green's operations manager Patrick Hubman and his crew did an outstanding job on our landscape project to get our yard looking beautiful. There was a lot to be done to leveling our yard, removing rocks, choosing and placing of plants, reseeding grass, mulching, redoing and sealing our firepit patio. It was overwhelming and beyond our capabilities. Patrick oversaw the entire project working with his team efficiently, everything was completed as promised. They showed up on time and got all the work done in one day. They saved me a ton of hassle, and made my backyard look better than I ever could. They added a rock border to the patio their concrete company did last year, as well as leveling out my backyard and planting new grass. Overall, very pleased with Hunter and his crews.
